Desert Shadows RV Park, Phoenix, AZ

Our month at Desert Shadows has been very nice. These pictures show the sights around the park, including a couple views of our favorite Saguaro Cactus. The birds love it! There are nests in the crevices of the cactus' arms and in the holes made by woodpeckers. It's quite a specimen.

A day in Wickenburg, AZ

Here's the gang at the Western Museum in Wickenburg, AZ. Glen, Judy, Owen and Linda. Glen and Judy posed with "The Boss" (Judy's nephew Jon) in their Sonoran Land Care caps. Looking good and good for business.

February is a big birthday month for the men in our family so we gathered at Owen and Linda's house in Sun City for a family celebration. Judy's dad, Stewart, celebrated his birthday in Illinois and Owen and Glen had the rare experience of being able to celebrate together. Linda, Judy, Jessica, her mom, Debbie, and dad, Jon were there for the happy event.

Following the lunch we went downtown to visit the RV show, hoping to see the new Big Sky now offered by Keystone but, alas, it was not to be. We did get a good look at Chase Stadium, the baseball stadium where the Diamondbacks play, as well as the skyline of Phoenix.

Locals were busy braiding hair in the park to add a few pesos to their pockets.
Hawkers were everywhere, young and old, and they were quick to seek us out.


While in Ajo, Arizona, Judy went to Mexico with some of the other Montana owners. It was a great day , good food and fellowship.

Beautiful scenes from Sedona, AZ. We hoped for a beautiful, sunny day but the weather quickly turned cold and, alas, as we drove home it started to SNOW!!!
